This ties in with the theory that the ‘out of character’ thing Sherlock did was ask Moriarty to explain - usually Sherlock would want to work it out. Why would he ask? To record Moriarty confessing.  He had his arms behind his back a lot, and I couldn’t work out why. I’d been looking out for some sort of device like this but didn’t see it (I don’t know how, it looks pretty obvious from here!) YES!!!!! I think he’s holding the wireless camera he found in 221b.
